Sami  Saim Al Dahr has been a Real Estate Broker since 2001, with Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest Inc. Real Estate Agency, after graduating from the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board Certification.

In 2003, Sami joined the “Regroupement Commercial  IC&I (Investment, Commercial & Industrial) of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board and built a commercial real estate business in parallel to his residential  real estate transactions.

 In 2007 he furthered his real estate education and became a Chartered Real Estate Broker, which qualifies him to open his own real estate agency. Since then, until 2018, Sami was sought out by Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest and headed a  Brokers’ Development and Training Program for a  140+ of its brokers . This included offering broker support, mentoring and training to the new comers to the agency as well as those who need to sharpen or refresh their real estate skills. Sami’s responsibility also included setting up seminars with guest speakers on timely topics related to the field of Real Estate.

Since the summer of 2018, Sami maintained his task of an advisor/ consultant to all the brokers at Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest.

His proven success in selling well over $10 million dollars of commercial & investment properties within a five consecutive year period earned him a membership in the Canadian Commercial Council of Realtors, in 2009. 

With a university degree in Human Relations, Sami ’s background, as an educator with troubled youths and their family at Shawbridge/ Batshaw Youth and Family Services followed by a career as a free lance Commercial Photographer and a member of the Canadian Association of Photographers and Illustrators in Communication (CAPIC), Sami passion has always remained the same, which is to help people to obtain their goals. 

His transferrable skills as an excellent communicator, insights into human nature, self motivation, his love of people, couples with his sound business and marketing experience has lent themselves to his successful Real Estate career.
